What? You've just passed out of college and got a job and there you wanna spend the rest of your life! Ho! where are you? You are in 21st-century man. Those days are gone now. Now dynamic career Trends going on! You have to be dynamic. Ya I mean simply you will switch to a variety of jobs during your professional journey. Today's world is in a CONSTANT CHANGE MODE. Rapid changing technology will compel you to change from time to time. Nowadays, not only the company, people even don't hesitate to change their career field. The ultimate thing is before you land on a steady reliable job, you go across a series of jobs.

Raman has been a very good and brilliant boy. After passing out from college, because of certain family issues, he couldn't get the job he deserved. But he didn't lose heart and kept doing whatever small opportunity he got. First, he started teaching in a school and a coaching center. He was less paid in contrast to his ability. He switched to teach digitally under a private Ltd. company and there also he wasn't paid well. Simultaneously he was also working part-time in a KPO. 

Now, working in a company or under someone, Raman may face three things. The company may close down due to some reason, make him redundant (means he is no longer useful for the company) or a hypocritic boss may simply make him feel trapped. So, in such a scenario a youth like Raman is sure to develop back to back work experiences in various fields. So, the growth of the portfolio career is on the rising.

Now after 4-5 years how will his resume look like? Because he did back to back and simultaneous jobs. Every time he makes a resume he will add all those work experiences right! Now, Raman may have several resumes in his entire professional career. Nothing strange about it. So, you have to add each subsequent work history known as Portfolio. A Portfolio Career means a career that integrates a plethora of jobs often at the same time or back to back jobs. 

Now whenever you apply for any job and you are asked to show or upload your portfolio in your resume, that means you have to highlight or upload all those details of your work experiences.
