What to write in email with resume?

In this digital age, Even government agencies have left out traditional process of hiring and started hiring through emails. 

So, you have prepared your best resume and now you are stuck with what to write in the email body portion.

Try to find the HR or hiring manager's contact details. Addressing him or her.  Personal approach. 

Don't send emails towards the later part of the day. Send it early morning so that 

Always use a professional email. Professional email means your name and surname must be there. If you don't have one make one. If your name is already taken which happens most often Google will recommend you some with numbers. Choose anyone of them. 

Here I will talk about Gmail. 

I know you are confused about something to write or not in the body of the email. 

But

Subject format -

Job application - Job title and Job ID (if available) - Your Name. If your name has a middle name try to write it as short .

You have to send the resume in PDF format. In between the two please choose PDF format as this is universally accepted and easy to load and read. Your file size must not exceed 10 Mb or else it will considered as spam. A typical one page pdf will hardly consume 1 Mb. 

Don't send it with a meaningless or random name like document23.Pdf as this may make thing difficult for the recruiter while searching.
