Preparing for Government Exams in India - Know the Truth

Statistics say that from 2014 to 2019, out of 1000 job seekers only 3 got govt job. 

How many genuine private company names do you know? Ask the same questions to your parents. They will hardly be able to tell more than 10. 

For our parents generation, their reliable employer is state or central government. Charm of govt. job is inherited. 

Huge portion of Indian youths not capable to compete for private sector white collar jobs. 

Reasons - not trained in English Language , not having means to live an urban centric resourceful life. 

So in private sector, youth have only blue collar jobs to choose for. 

So nobody wants to be exploited in private sector. 

Government has made the mood to shift towards privatization. Permanent govt jobs being replaced as contractual.

Amidst such crisis, aspirants still hope and keep holding the thread of sarkari naukri. So, youths are wasting their most productive years inside locked rooms chasing a mirage. They should have worked towards India's economy and productivity.

Education system that focuses on completing syllabus instead of skills. 

Awareness has increased, educational resources has increased and seats decreased.

Private Companies are bound to perform because to sustain they require good ROI. Otherwise 

If this is the government scenario then what the other people are doing.
